Teens
Being a teen can be really exciting, filled with potential, and also be filled with challenges. You’re at a place where you’re becoming more independent from the adults around you. You’re figuring out who you want to be, what your interests are, and sometimes just trying to get by. I want to help you in your pursuit of becoming your authentic self. You’re hearing messages out there about who you should be, but let’s quiet those outside voices and listen to what’s going on inside. It’s totally normal to feel anxious, sad, and to have struggles, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t ways to improve your situation and mental health.
I want to meet you where you are, judgment-free, and work towards your goals. Together we can:
Work to develop confidence
Process through what’s stressful and figure out what works for you to cope in those situations
Work through past trauma that continues to impact you
Improve communication skills
Figure out ways to work towards your goals in an achievable way that fits you!
